Quality Policy at TA Technika s.c. it results from the company’s long-term development strategy, the aim of which is to maintain a strong and stable position on the market and to strengthen the opinion of a responsible and reliable business partner who, while striving to achieve profits, takes into account the needs of its contractors, employees and society.
The main directions of achieving quality objectives are:
- improvement of relations with the customer through continuous improvement of products, timeliness of deliveries and professional service,
- improving relationships with suppliers by working as a reliable partner,
- taking care of the good image of the company and its promotion,
- offering products to clients according to their individual needs,
- monitoring and continuous improvement of our processes as well as searching for new solutions in order to meet the needs and expectations of our clients, at the same time meeting the applicable legal and other requirements,
- ongoing analysis of customers’ needs and expectations,
- an in-depth analysis of possible errors and their correction,
- improving qualifications and employing highly specialized staff,
- implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001.
Each employee of our company was familiarized with the objectives of the Quality Policy set by the company, understands them and is responsible for the quality of their implementation.
